Job Summary:
Our Direct Clients AI Software & Platform Group is undertaking an ambitious project to launch next-generation AI products. We’re looking for an Operations Program Manager with a strategic mindset and operational excellence to scale our operations, enhance decision-making, and ensure product and go-to-market readiness. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this role offers a significant opportunity to influence at the executive level and drive strategic initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute organizational operating cadences, including product reviews and strategic planning.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and efficient execution.
- Implement AI-powered process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Create executive-level communications, including decks and narratives.
- Coordinate go-to-market and launch readiness for new AI products.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong skills in executive communication and narrative storytelling.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and initiatives.
- Experience with AI tools to enhance operations or reporting.
Domain Experience Required:
- 8-10+ years in program management or operations within a tech-driven organization.
- Background in enterprise software, AI, or cybersecurity is preferred.
