Assistents.ai is an enterprise Agentic Intelligence platform that combines AI assistants, workflow automation, analytics, and document intelligence—helping businesses move from “insights” to executed actions across their systems.
We’re building a fast, ambitious team in Bangalore. This role is for someone who’s energetic, AI-savvy, and great at talking to people—and wants to learn and own GTM execution end-to-end.
Role: What you’ll do
You’ll help run day-to-day GTM execution and experiments—from finding the right accounts to reaching out, booking meetings, nurturing pipeline, and making our outreach smarter using AI.
Responsibilities
- Build targeted prospect lists (ICP-based) using research + tools (LinkedIn, databases, intent signals).
- Run outbound across email + LinkedIn (and optionally calls): write sequences, test messaging, personalize at scale.
- Use AI to create hyper-personalized outreach (account research → insights → email/DM drafts → follow-ups).
- Maintain CRM hygiene: pipeline stages, notes, next steps, and weekly reporting.
- Coordinate with founder/product team to convert meetings → pilots (assist with decks, discovery notes, proposals).
- Run GTM experiments weekly: new industries, new offers, new messaging angles, new channels.
- Partner outreach (lightweight): identify relevant agencies/consultancies and start conversations.
- Build simple automations to move faster (enrichment, routing, follow-up reminders, content generation).
Who you are (non-senior, high ownership)
- 1–4 years experience in B2B SaaS GTM (SDR / growth / inside sales / marketing ops / founder’s office GTM).
- Very comfortable using AI tools daily (ChatGPT/Claude-style), and you enjoy prompting + iterating.
- Strong English communication (written + spoken). You can be warm, crisp, persuasive, and professional.
- You are organized and consistent: follow-ups, tracking, “no lead left behind.”
- You enjoy targets and momentum (meetings booked, replies, pipeline).
- You’re not afraid to learn tools quickly and figure things out without hand-holding.
- Experience with tools like Apollo / Clay / Sales Navigator / HubSpot (or any CRM) / sequencing tools.
Nice to have
- Understanding of enterprise buyers (CIO/COO/Head of Data/Analytics/Automation).
What success looks like (first 60–90 days)
- Clear ICP lists and messaging per vertical (2–3 verticals).
- Consistent outbound engine running weekly with measurable improvements.
- Steady flow of qualified meetings and early-stage pipeline.
- A repeatable “AI-assisted personalization” workflow that saves time and improves reply rates.
