Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle GTM Cloud Functional Consultant to lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Global Trade Management Cloud. The consultant will work closely with business, compliance, and IT stakeholders to ensure successful delivery aligned with regulatory and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct requirement workshops with trade compliance, logistics, and IT teams to capture and document business needs.
Translate business requirements into functional designs across modules such as Restricted Party Screening, Product Classification, Trade Transactions, Licenses, and Declarations.
Configure Oracle GTM Cloud in line with approved designs and Oracle best practices.
Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to define integrations with upstream and downstream systems (Oracle Fusion SCM, EBS, Salesforce, OTM, etc.).
Support SIT and UAT by preparing test scripts, coordinating defect fixes, and validating end-to-end trade flows.
Perform master data setup and coordinate migration for products, parties, regulatory data, and transactions.
Prepare documentation, SOPs, and user training materials to enable smooth adoption.
Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues during hypercare.
Review quarterly GTM Cloud updates and perform feature impact assessments.

Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of functional consulting experience with minimum 4 full-cycle Oracle GTM Cloud implementations.
Strong knowledge of GTM entities: trade transactions, product classification, licenses, restricted party screening, declarations.
Solid understanding of import/export processes, ECCN/HTS classification, and global trade compliance.
Experience in GTM configuration, user roles & permissions, and document structures.
Ability to create BRDs, functional specifications, test scenarios, and training materials.
Strong communication skills; comfortable working with global and cross-functional teams.
