As a Sales Operations Officer for Tadano Oceania, you will not only join a National Sales Operations team in a company with a National footprint but also be with a Company that is part of a Global Group. Based in Lytton and reporting to the Perth based Sales Operations Manager, the responsibilities of this role include:
- Processing sales (new and used) transactions in SAP SD/MM (quotations, orders, invoicing).
- Maintaining master data and generating operational data reports.
- Coordinating with global inter-company teams to ensure smooth processes.
- Managing logistics coordination for international and interstate shipping of cranes.
- Supporting the sales team with documentation and compliance.
- On-site requirement 5 days/week Monday to Friday.
Skills Required include:
- Demonstrated experience in similar administration position in operational sales – preferably within a global business
- Minimum 2 years in similar roles using SAP SD/MM (SAP HANA experience desirable)
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
- MS Office (Intermediate proficiency)
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
