Senior Manager, Revenue Operations
About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations to build and scale the revenue operations function at a high-growth technology company. This is the first dedicated revenue operations hire and reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. The role works closely with sales, marketing, customer success, operations, and finance, and combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution.
What You’ll Do
- Own revenue operations across sales, marketing, and customer success
- Build and improve processes, workflows, and playbooks that support customer acquisition and retention
- Manage revenue forecasting, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting
- Create and maintain revenue dashboards, metrics, and key performance indicators
- Analyze and improve funnel performance, including conversion rates, sales cycle efficiency, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value
- Serve as the primary owner and administrator of Salesforce
- Manage and optimize sales and marketing tools, integrations, and automation
- Partner cross-functionally to align systems, data, and go-to-market efforts
What We’re Looking For
- 5 to 7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations
- At least 3 years of experience in a high-growth software or technology company
- Advanced, hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting and workflow configuration
- Experience building revenue reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Proven experience building and scaling revenue operations in an early-stage company
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and owning projects from start to finish
