Role Description
Noibu is seeking a Head of AI & Revenue Operations for a full-time, on-site role in Ottawa, ON. This leader will oversee the development and implementation of AI-powered tools and strategies to optimize revenue operations. Responsibilities include analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions, and creating operational frameworks to drive efficiency and effectiveness. The individual will also play a key role in forecasting, reporting, and ensuring alignment between revenue operations and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics tools and methodologies
- Strong leadership and operational management skills, with experience in revenue operations
- Proficiency in strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms, customer data analysis, and performance tracking
- Ability to design and execute AI-driven solutions that align with business objectives
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments
- Familiarity with tools like CRMs, data visualization software, and performance management systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent work experience is also considered
