We are seeking experienced and execution-focused Operations Leader to drive operational efficiency, accountability, and cross-functional coordination across the organization.
Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience in a product-based company
- SaaS / Software industry experience is an added advantage
- Strong experience handling cross-functional operations and department coordination
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor day-to-day business operations and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure teams follow defined processes, SOPs, and execution standards
- Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Technology teams
- Track KPI, KRA, productivity, and operational performance across departments
- Ensure deliverables, timelines, and commitments are completed on time
- Provide leadership with clear operational updates, insights, and performance visibility
- Manage resource allocation and operational planning
- Drive accountability, follow-up, and execution across departments
