Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
We’re partnering with a high-growth organization to hire a strategic, hands-on CFO to help scale the business through its next stage of expansion.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a finance executive who can drive financial strategy, operational rigor, and performance management across a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of progressive finance leadership (CFO or senior finance), strong commercial acumen, and a growth mindset.
Expertise in corporate finance, FP&A, financial modeling, and risk management
Experience with fundraising, capital strategy, or investment structuring is considered a strong asset
CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred (or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Executive Leadership
- Develop and execute long-term financial strategy aligned to growth plans and business priorities
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and leadership team to support decision-making and scalability
- Drive capital planning and resource allocation to support operational and strategic initiatives
Operational Finance & Business Performance
- Build and enhance scalable financial infrastructure, reporting, and controls
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business planning and performance measurement
- Deliver actionable insights through FP&A, dashboards, and KPI tracking
- Identify opportunities for margin improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiencies
Investor / Stakeholder Reporting & Corporate Development
- Prepare executive-level financial reporting and performance updates for key stakeholders
- Support strategic initiatives such as partnerships, corporate development, and acquisition planning
- Lead financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and deal structuring as needed
Risk, Compliance & Governance
- Strengthen internal controls, governance, and enterprise risk management frameworks
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
- Oversee tax planning, treasury management, and financial risk mitigation strategies
