Job Summary
pH7 Technologies is seeking an operationally focused Chief Financial Officer to own and scale the company’s finance, accounting, and back-office functions through its next phase of growth, including international expansion.
This is a hands-on CFO role for a leader who has built finance organizations inside capital-intensive, process-heavy businesses. The successful candidate will bring structure, rigor, and follow-through, ensuring the company is audit-ready, financially disciplined, and operationally supported as it scales toward public markets.
While capital markets experience is important, this role prioritizes operational finance excellence, project cost control, metals accounting, and risk management over pure fundraising capability.

Financing Strategy & Capital Stack Optimization
- Lead cash flow forecasting, treasury management, working capital optimization, and debt strategy appropriate for capital-intensive operations
- Lead the structuring and execution of debt and equity financing, with a strong emphasis on project finance and non-dilutive capital

- Support investor communications and financing activities alongside the CEO, as needed

- Ensure the fundamentals are executed consistently and correctly
Leadership & Executive Partnership

- Pressure-test operating plans, flag risks early, and support mitigation strategies
- Bring experienced judgment, discipline, and follow-through in a dynamic growth environment
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and execution across the organization
