Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Las Vegas, NV for the position of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The CRO will oversee revenue growth strategies, optimize sales operations, and lead account management efforts. The role involves devising and executing strategic plans, driving sales performance, managing client accounts to foster strong business relationships, and generating high-performing leads to achieve business objectives.

- Proficiency in Account Management to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills to drive results and teamwork
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing high-performing teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience in technology, hospitality, or related industries is a plus
