This is a high-impact role at the center of the business, partnering with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and key accounts to keep everything running smoothly from order processing and onboarding to reporting and customer satisfaction.
You'll manage sales orders and online order flow, lead new account onboarding, act as the primary connection with customers and third-party EDI providers, support and strengthen key account relationships, and help the Sales team unlock new growth opportunities through insights and reporting.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or account support, plus 5+ years supporting national specialty retail sales within consumer or sporting goods. You're comfortable in Microsoft Office, fluent in CRM and ERP systems (SAP), experienced with EDI platforms like SPS, and confident working with sales and business reporting tools. You're analytical, entrepreneurial, detail-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
