The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for executing the company's revenue strategy by managing day-to-day operations, systems, and processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Acting as the tactical bridge between strategy and execution, this role ensures that the tools, data, reporting, and enablement functions are optimised to drive predictable revenue growth.
Process & Execution

Translate strategic initiatives from the Chief Revenue Officer into operational workflows.

Design and enforce lead management, opportunity stages, and handover processes between Lead Generation and Sales.

Oversee data hygiene, enrichment, and segmentation to ensure accuracy of reporting.
Systems & Tools

Manage CRM (HubSpot), sales engagement platforms, and reporting tools.

Partner with CRM Admin to implement new automations, fields, and integrations.

Evaluate new technology vendors and ensure adoption across teams.
Reporting & Insights

Build dashboards and reporting cadence for SDR leaders, Sales Directors, and Marketing.

Conduct pipeline analysis, conversion metrics, and territory coverage reports.

Provide insights that enable leadership to make data-driven decisions.
Enablement & Training

Work with Sales to design onboarding programs for SDRs and Sales teams.

Roll out new playbooks, messaging, and process changes.

Track adoption and effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
Team Leadership

Directly manage Analysts, CRM Admin, and Enablement staff.

Ensure clear KPIs, prioritisation, and accountability within the operations team.

3-6 years in Sales/Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or related roles.

Strong experience with CRM (HubSpot/SFDC), reporting, and sales engagement tools.

Proven track record of optimising processes and driving adoption.

Analytical mindset, confident with data interpretation and storytelling.

Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders.

People management experience preferred.
