About Wyra
Wyra is the Pre-CRM Execution Layer for AWS Partners.
We help AWS SIs, MSPs, and ISVs generate pipeline by autonomously executing outbound GTM using:
- 50+ AWS ecosystem signals
- AI-driven outreach across Email, LinkedIn, and Calling
- Clean sync into CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce)
Wyra is not a CRM, not marketing automation, and not an AI SDR tool.
The Role
We’re hiring GTM Engineers to operate and scale Wyra for managed services customers.
This is a hands-on execution role.
You will be running GTM systems, not campaigns.
If you enjoy building, debugging, and scaling outbound execution engines — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Configure and operate Wyra for AWS partner customers
- Translate AWS ecosystem signals into live outbound execution
- Ensure high-quality execution across Email, LinkedIn, and Calling
- Monitor system health: reply quality, routing, sequencing, CRM sync
- Debug execution failures and continuously reduce manual work
- Partner with GTM Strategists to operationalize GTM motions
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience operating outbound or growth systems
- Strong understanding of how modern GTM systems work
- Experience working with enrichment, sequencing, or automation platforms
- Systems thinker — you reason in workflows, logic, and execution paths
Good to Have
- Exposure to AWS partners (SI / MSP / ISV)
- Familiarity with migration-led or Marketplace-led GTM
- Understanding of deliverability, data hygiene, and outbound failure modes
Important
Experience with tools like Clay or similar platforms is contextual background only.
Wyra is the execution layer.
