An investor-backed international risk services business is seeking an experienced Group Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team during a pivotal period of growth and value creation.
The business has delivered significant organic and acquisitive growth over recent years and is now preparing for its next phase of development, including a future shareholder event. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board, investors and lenders, the CFO will play a central role in shaping strategy, professionalising the finance function and driving commercial performance across a complex international organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Partnering the Board and executive team on strategy, value creation and performance improvement initiatives
• Leading finance transformation across people, processes, systems and reporting
• Driving financial planning, analysis, cash management, treasury and tax strategy across multiple jurisdictions
• Supporting M&A activity, integration and post-acquisition value realisation
• Building scalable reporting, controls and governance to support continued growth
• Leading preparations for a future shareholder liquidity event
Candidates should be qualified accountants with prior CFO experience in a private equity-backed environment. We are particularly interested in individuals who have operated within professional services, consulting, advisory or other people-led businesses where utilisation, pricing, talent and international operations are key value drivers.
The successful candidate will combine strong technical credentials with commercial acumen, executive presence and the ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders. Experience of international growth, finance transformation, M&A integration and supporting an exit process will be highly advantageous.
