The
Marketing Sales & Operations Representative (MSOR) drives dealer sales capability, operational execution, and customer experience improvements to capture Prime (equipment) and aftermarket growth. This role consults with dealers and internal stakeholders to accelerate quoting velocity, improve Prioritised Service Events (PSE) (leads) and Prime closure rates, and increase participation in strategic programs. The MSOR serves as an advisor on marketing, sales, and business processes—ensuring dealers execute with excellence and deliver on business plan objectives.

What You Will Be Doing
- Accelerate dealer revenue and profitability by increasing participation in Prime and aftermarket opportunities.
- Drive sales effectiveness by embedding strong value‑selling behaviours, disciplined quoting, and consistent follow‑up.
- Improve conversion and close rates by identifying performance gaps and delivering targeted commercial action plans.
- Increase quotation velocity and win rate by analysing pipeline data, removing blockers, and reinforcing best‑practice quoting.
- Ensure delivery of dealer business plans by governing execution of sales, marketing, and customer experience initiatives.
- Proactively manage underperformance, deploying corrective actions that protect growth and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a commercial advisor to dealers, translating customer and performance insights into revenue‑generating improvements.
- Support growth through effective marketing execution, lead generation, and strong adoption of digital sales tools and insights.
Skills Needed To Be Successful In This Role

- Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
- Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
- Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
- Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.

Salary: £47,500- £57,500 depending on experience
