What you’ll do
- Own and execute the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for assigned international consumer brands in India
- Lead new product launches including pricing, positioning, channel strategy, and rollout plans
- Drive revenue and market expansion across e-commerce, modern trade, general trade, and B2B channels
- Work closely with distributors, key accounts, and internal sales teams to ensure strong on-ground execution
- Adapt global brand and category strategies to Indian consumer and channel dynamics
- Track market trends, competition, and consumer insights to refine GTM plans continuously
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and brand principals
- Own performance tracking, KPIs, and contribution to category and brand P&L
What we’re looking for
- 5–10 years of experience in GTM, category management, or business management roles
- Strong understanding of Indian consumer markets and multi-channel distribution
- Proven experience launching or scaling products or categories
- Strong commercial acumen with a hands-on, execution-first mindset
- Analytical, structured, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
- Ability to work with global brand stakeholders and align multiple internal teams
