Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst

Our client is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to provide essential reporting, analytics, and operational support for Inside/Remote Sales teams. In this role, you’ll help optimize sales performance, maintain territory structures, support compensation workflows, and deliver insights that drive strategic decision‑making.
What You’ll Do
- Provide recurring and ad‑hoc analytics and reporting to Inside/Remote Sales teams
- Prepare and submit sales compensation results
- Maintain and update sales territory assignments within Salesforce
- Track and administer Inside/Remote sales campaigns
- Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps and recommend improvements
- Build workflow diagrams, evaluate system capabilities, and develop solution specifications
- Create and summarize reports from multiple systems
- Develop monitoring processes to keep leadership informed on performance
- Partner with other business units to share tools, knowledge, and best practices
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience in analytics, reporting, or operations
- 1+ year of hands‑on data analysis experience
- Strong ability to validate data quality and maintain clean analytic datasets
- Experience conducting complex analysis and translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including:
- Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, IF statements, charts, graphs)
- PowerPoint
- Word
- Working knowledge of T‑SQL and experience querying/combining data from SQL or Snowflake environments
Preferred Skills
- Strong organization, initiative, and ability to manage multiple projects
- Collaborative team mindset and adaptability in a changing environment
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or Power BI is a plus
