We are seeking a Sales Support Quote Coordinator to lead the daily operations of our Customer Support Team. This is a critical role supporting both sales and operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while helping drive recurring service revenue.
You will oversee support and maintenance contracts, manage vendor relationships, assist with quoting and renewals, and identify additional service opportunities.
Responsibilities
Prepare estimates and customer quotes.
Manage vendor and distributor relationships.
Oversee annual customer contract renewals
Administer support and maintenance agreements
Requirements
3+ years of Sales Support Coordination.
2+ years of Estimation or Quote Support
2+ years of CRM Software System and Pricing software
