Role Description
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing sales processes, serving as a liaison between Sales and Support teams, and providing leadership with accurate reporting and actionable insights. This role supports Sales Account Managers through data analysis, documentation, and process adherence while monitoring performance trends to drive accountability and improve execution.
In addition, the Sales Operations Manager develops strategies that enable the sales team to achieve performance goals, address customer service challenges, and ensure efficient, streamlined operational workflows.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Irving, TX.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, improve processes, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Expertise in Operations Management for overseeing sales systems and streamlining operational efficiency.
- Proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction through developing customer-centric strategies and solutions.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively collaborating with teams and addressing customer needs.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and relevant software is preferred.
- Experience in team leadership or management is a strong advantage.
