Description:
The Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all promotional and non-promotional materials produced and used in the commercial support of products meet Company, Health Canada, and industry standards. All materials must be reviewed, approved, and produced in accordance with the applicable Material Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Plan, conduct, and execute the material review process for a portfolio of products.
Evaluate each project prior to the initiation of the review cycle to ensure materials are produced in accordance with the SOPs and comply with Health Canada, PAAB, IMC, and HCC guidelines.
Maintain all documentation as outlined in the SOPs to establish a proper audit trail.
Provide departmental and project support as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Science (pharmacy, biology, or a related field).
2 to 4 years of experience in relevant areas of the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., Advertising, Marketing, Compliance).
Experience with Veeva Vault and Salesforce.
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and Canadian regulations (PAAB, IMC, ASC, and Health Canada).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
PMP certification.
