The Role
- They’re looking for a Strategic Finance Leader to launch and scale the FP&A function from the ground up.
- You’ll partner closely with ELT to drive planning, forecasting, and smart decision-making across the company.
What You’ll Do
- Build and lead the FP&A function and financial planning processes
- Partner with teams across product, engineering, and sales
- Provide insights that guide investments and company strategy
- Support leadership on board, investor, and M&A activities
What You Bring
- 10+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, consulting, or banking
- Experience building finance functions in fast-moving environments
- Strong modeling, analytical, and communication skills
- Must have experience at a high growth tech company, ideally in AI
- Worked on a tech M&A/IPO is a plus
