We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Executive to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities across Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology functions. This role will act as a central support function, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and timely execution of routine operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
Finance Administration & Operations
- Support finance operations including invoice processing, expense claims, vendor documentation, and payment coordination.
- Maintain records related to purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and approvals.
- Track recurring payments, renewals, and finance-related timelines.
- Assist in data collation and documentation for audits, compliance, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely closure of finance requests.
HR Administration & Operations
- Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors for data sharing and issue resolution.
- Support attendance, leave management, and HR policy-related administration.
- Assist in HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities and internal communications.
IT & Office Operations Support
- Act as a coordination point for IT-related administrative support including device allocation, access management, and issue tracking.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and software license records.
- Coordinate with external IT service providers for setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Support office infrastructure administration such as internet, printers, access systems, and facilities coordination.
- Ensure adherence to basic IT and information security processes.
Cross-Functional & General Administration
- Serve as a single point of coordination across Finance, HR, and IT operations.
- Track requests, follow-ups, and closures using trackers or ticketing systems.
- Maintain standard operating procedures, checklists, and documentation.
- Support internal audits, compliance activities, and process improvements.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in administrative or operations support roles
- Prior exposure to Finance, HR, or IT operations is preferred
- Experience working in a multi-functional or fast-paced environment is an advantage
