We are representing a growth-oriented, product-led organization is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. This role is responsible for enterprise-wide financial strategy, operational finance, governance, and executive partnership. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and senior leaders to support sustainable growth, scalability, and disciplined financial management.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead enterprise-wide financial strategy aligned with business growth, product development, and market expansion
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
• Direct all accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Ensure strong internal controls, audit readiness, and financial governance
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships to maintain operational stability
• Provide executive-level financial guidance to the CEO and leadership team to support strategic decision-making
• Support pricing strategy, product investment decisions, and profitability analysis across core offerings and digital platforms
• Oversee tax planning, filings, and compliance with federal and state regulations
• Lead enterprise risk management programs, including insurance and financial risk mitigation strategies
• Partner with operations, sales, product, and technology leaders to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance
• Oversee financial systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools
• Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing finance and accounting teams
Leadership & Business Partnership
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and business unit leaders
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights
• Promote accountability, transparency, and disciplined financial management
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior-level roles
• Strong background in accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance
• Experience supporting growth, product-led organizations, and complex operating environments
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing finance teams
• Excellent analytical, communication, and executive-level stakeholder skills
