Day To Day Responsibilities:
- Work in a sales office environment, surrounded by sales reps (high energy, fast moving).
- Once a salesperson sells a service, they submit an order in Salesforce. Deal Desk receives it, assigns it to an analyst, and the analyst.
- Reviews the deal details + documentation Reaches out to the salesperson to align on requirements Coordinates with delivery/implementation teams Schedules and leads/joins client onboarding/orientation calls Collects/validates client info (start date, goals, key data, requirements) Ensures everything is entered correctly into CRM and is compliant Heavy focus on
- Documentation in short windows Client calls + stakeholder communication Manual CRM updates Handling multiple priorities at once
Must Haves:
- Bilingual in French and English, and strong communication (verbal, written, and virtual)
- Client-facing experience (sales support, onboarding, customer success, account coordination, banking, or financial services strongly preferred) Proficiency with:
- Excel Ms Word & PowerPoint CRM tools (Salesforce strongly preferred as it's a Salesforce environment, others transferable) 3-5 years of relevant experience ideal .
- ideally no more than max 5 years Strong early-career candidates or recent grads with client-facing exposure will be considered
Pay range: $33-$34/HR ON T4
