The Role
Lyrebird is building a category defining healthcare platform, and enterprise adoption is a core driver of our growth in Australia. We’re hiring a Head of Enterprise GTM for Australia to provide senior ownership of our Australian enterprise go to market motion.
This role is accountable for how enterprise business is pursued, governed, and scaled, covering new business, retention, and expansion, while building the operating model, team structure, and cadence that support long term, predictable growth.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who enjoys operating close to complex enterprise opportunities while focusing primarily on direction setting, deal governance, and organisational leverage, rather than acting as the primary deal owner.

What you'll do
- Provide senior ownership of the Australian enterprise go to market motion across new business, retention, and expansion
- Set standards and decision frameworks for how enterprise opportunities are qualified, governed, and progressed
- Act as an executive escalation point for complex or high risk enterprise opportunities
- Ensure strong pipeline visibility, forecasting discipline, and deal quality
- Own enterprise level revenue health and long term customer value
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to drive successful enterprise outcomes
- Build and evolve enterprise GTM playbooks, operating rhythms, and systems
- Lead and develop a high performing enterprise GTM team
What you'll bring
- Senior enterprise GTM or commercial leadership experience in complex Australian healthcare environments
- Strong judgement across enterprise deal strategy, stakeholder management, and risk assessment
- Credibility with senior executives and cross functional leaders
- Experience leading enterprise teams or functions
- A systems oriented mindset focused on scalable growth
Nice to have
- SaaS or health tech experience
- Familiarity with Australian healthcare procurement and tender processes
- Experience scaling enterprise GTM functions
- Exposure to health IT ecosystems such as EMR or EHR
