Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer, based in Chennai. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and preparing financial statements. The role involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing financial risks, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making. The CFO will lead the development of financial strategies, oversee financial reporting, and work closely with senior leadership to drive the organization's financial success.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance management
- Strong proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
- Experience in compliance with financial regulations and risk management
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Bachelor's degree (required); a CPA, CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance is strongly preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in the construction or real estate industry
