CFO – Finance & Accounts
The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for the overall financial leadership of the Company, ensuring robust financial governance, strategic planning, operational efficiency and long-term sustainable growth. The role involves active management and control of finance, accounting and taxation functions, while supporting the Board and senior management with timely and accurate financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and reports to shareholders.
- Manage statutory and internal audits, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Present financial statements and key financial insights to the Board and senior leadership when required.
- Coordinate with independent auditors and ensure annual financial statements are prepared in accordance with applicable laws and regulations across operating jurisdictions.
Strategic Planning, Budgeting & Performance Monitoring
- Lead annual budgeting, financial planning and long-term forecasting for the Company.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and financial plans and provide periodic updates to the CMD on operating and financial performance.
- Support business head through cost analysis, financial evaluation and performance improvement initiatives.
Cash Flow, Capital & Risk Management
- Manage cash flows, working capital, liquidity and funding requirements to ensure financial stability.
- Oversee capital structure, investments and financial risk management strategies.
- Drive initiatives to improve the credit rating of the listed entity and its subsidiaries.
Compliance, Taxation & Governance
- Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory and corporate governance requirements for entities.
- Oversee tax compliance, including corporate taxes, indirect taxes and filing of personal income tax returns for Directors where applicable.
- Develop, implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard financial, physical and other organizational assets.
Cost Management & Operational Efficiency
- Drive cost management and efficiency improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Support departments in operating budget management and ensure compliance with contractual and financial requirements.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and oversee the Finance, Accounts and Tax teams, including budgeting, audit and compliance functions.
- Engage regularly with department heads to provide guidance and financial direction.
- Attend Board meetings when invited and address investor and analyst queries related to financial performance and accounts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 7 to 15+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, including senior leadership roles in listed organizations.
- Education: CA - Qualification is mandatory.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
