Paris Texas Vintage Co., located at 45 Retro Avenue, Sydney, Australia, is seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations. This essential role will ensure the financial health of the organization and guide our business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and drive profitability.
- Budget Management: Oversee budget preparation and financial forecasting, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports to the board and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and performance metrics.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company’s assets and interests.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are preferred.
- Proven experience in a CFO or similar financial leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage complex financial operations.
Salary:
- Hourly Range: AUD 90 - AUD 150
