In this new role as Chief Financial Officer, you will be a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, guiding commercial decisions that shape the next decade of the organisation’s evolution.
This role leads Finance, Risk, Legal, IT, ESG, and Data & Analytics, with a clear mandate to lift capability, strengthen governance, build scalable systems, and enable confident, future-focused decision making across a multi-site, multi-region business.
Here's how you’ll do that
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and commercial modelling.
- Build scalable financial systems, processes, and controls.
- Oversee M&A evaluation, due diligence and integration planning.
- Lift enterprise data capability through analytics and forecasting.
- Strengthen governance, risk, legal and ESG frameworks.
- Lead a high performing finance and business services team.
What you will bring
- CA/CPA qualification and executive financial leadership experience.
- Transformation and commercial growth experience in complex environments.
- Experience advising CEOs, Boards, investors and capital partners.
- Deep M&A experience including due diligence and capital structuring.
- Governance, risk and compliance expertise.
- High-performing team leadership and organisational capability building.
