Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with project management, program management, or business process management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in developing and implementing training programs to support on-boarding and continuous learning.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with data analysis.
- Experience in leading projects involving cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to function effectively both independently and within a team environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead the annual headcount planning for ELS which includes creating detailed headcount projections based on business needs and strategic objectives and present the headcount plans to executive management for approval.
- Manage the quarterly headcount refresh process by running the headcount model and producing supporting analyses to ensure sublinear growth.
- Refine and maintain the headcount model to reflect changes in business conditions and organizational structure.
- Manage the headcount administration including accuracy of headcount attributes in the tool, governance of headcount allocation and troubleshooting issues related to the headcount tool.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline headcount management processes.
