The Role
EMN is seeking a proactive, analytical, and CRM-savvy Revenue Operations Specialist to support our commercial team by optimizing our revenue systems (HubSpot), enhancing data insights, and enabling cross-functional collaboration. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for overall CRM management, deriving insights from revenue data (e.g., reporting on customer sign-ups and understanding timelines), and coordinating internal processes that improve predictability and performance.

You are detail-oriented and enjoy turning data into insights that help teams work smarter and faster. You have strong CRM expertise, a curiosity about data patterns and forecasts, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. You excel at leveraging developers and agencies as needed and enjoy enabling teams by improving processes, reporting, and data standards.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
CRM Ownership & Data Integrity
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy, hygiene, and adherence to best practices. Keeping the sales team accountable for entries to ensure accurate reporting.
- Audit, monitor, and improve CRM workflows, fields, lifecycle stages, and integrations.
Insights & Planning
- Build reports that provide visibility into revenue-related metrics, pipeline health, and performance trends.
- Derive insights such as projected customer sign-ups, average time to onboard and activate customers, likelihood of conversions, and other operational forecasts.
- Present insights with context and recommendations to leadership and business partners.
Process Optimization & Enablement
- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in go-to-market workflows and recommend improvements.
- Develop, document, and support scalable processes that improve handoffs among Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. functions.
- Help teams adopt CRM best practices and lead change management around documentation and revenue processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to align systems, data definitions, and revenue goals.
- Support planning activities, including pipeline reviews, forecasting sessions, and quarterly business planning.
Reporting & Communication
- Create and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and data visualizations to communicate performance to stakeholders.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights that enable decision-making across revenue functions.
- Ensure consistency in how key metrics are reported across all platforms
Your Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations/Enablement, Marketing Operations, or a related analytical/business operations role.
- Must have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, or related field
- Must have: Strong proficiency with HubSpot and analytics/reporting tools.
- Must have: Demonstrated ability to analyze data and communicate insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Nice to have: Experience building dashboards and forecasting models (Excel/Sheets; BI tools like Power BI or Looker are a plus).
- Nice-to-have: Finance and Accounting foundational understanding, experience in healthcare, SaaS, or high-growth environments.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and agencies without direct authority.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
