The GMNS Product organization is building an operations team aimed at improving how products and capabilities are developed, delivered, and deployed. This team will implement initiatives that align business management with the company’s risk policies and help address any new risks as they arise.
As the Business Operations and Management Reporting Manager, this person will collaborate with GMNS stakeholders to create reports and metrics that provide insights, evaluate product performance, assess regulatory risks, and support informed management decisions. The role reports to the Director of Business Planning & Reporting and involves working closely with the analytics team to design dashboards that highlight each product’s contribution to the GMNS business and risk rating. These dashboards, intended for senior leadership, will show progress on OKRs and KPIs, target success metrics, and log Operational Risk Events (OREs). By partnering with the broader GMNS analytics group, this manager will help advance the organization's ability to use data for risk assessment and investments in GMNS products.

Key responsibilities include:
- Executing operational readiness framework to enhance the GMNS Product Delivery Quality and integrate it into the overall Product Delivery Framework
- Facilitating mandate prioritization to drive alignment and appropriate handoff to the product/tech teams
- Championing new processes related to management policies by setting up intake tools, owning review/approval process, communicating best practices and storing required documents
- Working across GMNS Product leadership to identify reporting needs to drive better management oversight.
- Consulting with GMNS Product teams on how/where they enable metrics collection for new product features so metrics can be automated.
Skills/Qualifications
·5+ years experience in an operations role and/or management reporting function
·Experience working across teams to identify reporting needs, identify data sourcing opportunities & develop reporting solutions
·Ability to communicate across different teams & band levels to achieve outcomes.
·Ability to build storylines using data to support trends & opportunities.
·Excellent project management skills to deliver on commitments
Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits
