Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Timeline Support
- Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, milestones, and timelines for customer deployments and internal programs
- Track execution progress across workstreams and follow up with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed
- Maintain project documentation, action items, and status reporting
- Support risk tracking by surfacing blockers, dependencies, and open issues to project owners
Resource Planning & Coordination
- Assist with scheduling and coordination across delivery teams, including field operations, engineering, and customer success
- Support resource planning discussions by tracking workload needs and project requirements
- Coordinate internal meetings and working sessions to ensure alignment on execution priorities
Presentation & Communication Support
- Prepare and update customer-facing and internal project presentations, including kickoffs, status updates, and milestone reviews
- Support the creation of executive-ready summaries and reporting materials
- Translate project updates into structured communication for internal stakeholders
Customer On Site Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for customer site visits related to POCs, pilots, implementations, and rollout support
- Support onsite readiness by aligning schedules, agendas, equipment requirements, and internal participation
- Ensure visit plans are documented and communicated clearly to all involved teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Customer Success Managers, Solutions Program Leads, Field Services, and Delivery teams to support execution
- Coordinate follow-ups across stakeholders to ensure progress against commitments
- Support internal alignment across teams to improve execution consistency and customer outcomes
Process & Operational Improvement
- Support the development of scalable project operations, tools, templates, and best practices
- Help standardize reporting formats and project tracking mechanisms
- Capture lessons learned and help implement improvements for future deployments
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, project coordination, program support, or project management roles
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience supporting project timelines, status tracking, and cross-functional coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prepare clear, professional presentations and reporting materials
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Experience supporting customer-facing projects and coordinating external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting technical deployments, IoT solutions, or enterprise SaaS implementations
- Familiarity with POCs or pilot execution processes
- Experience coordinating onsite operational planning
- Proficiency with PowerPoint / Google Slides and project tracking tools (Jira, Salesforce, ClickUp etc.)
