Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience with project management, cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to collaborate ideas, energy, determination, and a passion for AI who can work with people from a broad range of backgrounds and experience.
- Ability to grow and exercise judgement in a fast moving environment and ambiguity, and a sense of humour.
- Excellent influencing and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communicator with great presentation skills, as well as the ability to write well and translate issues into simple language that people who are not experts can understand.
About the jobThe Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Responsibilities
- Build relationship with executive stakeholders, foster collaboration, alignment, and a shared sense of purpose, while ensuring alignment across teams, Product Areas (PAs) and global objectives, tailoring approaches to the unique needs and opportunities of your partnering team in line with GTM priorities.
- Identify ongoing growth opportunities and threats, develop plans to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks, while establishing efficient processes and workflows, analyze key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions.
- Develop comprehensive annual business plans in collaboration with business partners, set ambitious goals and outline strategies for achieving them. Identify and address performance gaps, taking corrective actions to ensure goals are met/exceeded.
- Structure and lead operational improvement initiatives from initial recommendation to full implementation.
- Collaborate with the global GTM organization, and foster a culture of trust, collaboration and innovation.
