About Arlequin AI
Arlequin AI is a deeptech startup specializing in large-scale semantic data analysis.
We use unsupervised AI models to turn massive, messy, multilingual data into actionable insights — while ensuring data sovereignty and security. Our clients include public institutions and large private organizations dealing with complex social, political, and territorial challenges.
As part of our European expansion, Arlequin AI has joined the GovTech Campus in Berlin, within the Merantix ecosystem. Germany is a strategic market for us, and we are now building a strong local presence.
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on profile who wants to build, own, and scale our go-to-market efforts in Germany.
What you’ll do
Working directly with the Germany General Manager and the founding team, you’ll take a key role in shaping our commercial development:
- Identify, structure, and close business opportunities across the public sector (ministries, agencies, public bodies) and private sector (infrastructure, consulting, finance, consumer brands).
- Own and execute parts of the go-to-market strategy for Germany, from market mapping to execution.
- Design and deliver tailored commercial proposals aligned with client needs and strategic priorities.
- Manage complex sales cycles, including pre-sales, tenders, RFPs, negotiations, and closing.
- Help build and optimize our sales processes, tools, and pipelines.
- Develop and activate early strategic partnerships, particularly within the GovTech and AI ecosystems.
This is a builder role: you’ll help define how Arlequin AI grows in Germany.
Who we’re looking for
- 2–5 years of experience in a startup, scale-up, consulting firm, or fast-paced environment.
- Proven exposure to business development, GTM, strategy, or sales in complex B2B contexts.
- Background in business, public policy, economics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, structuring, and communication skills; comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers.
- Strong interest in AI, data, geopolitics, public affairs, and societal challenges.
- Experience with or strong interest in the public sector is a major plus.
- Fluent German (mandatory) and professional English.
