It is within this context that the Chief Financial Officer role takes on material responsibility.
Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will be a key contributor to ALUULA’s overall growth strategy through leadership of the finance function and the application of strong commercial and operational judgment across the organization. The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s global growth strategy, ensuring rigorous financial governance while supporting operational agility and innovation in a fast-evolving international environment. The role oversees all aspects of financial management and capital structure optimization, while building a scalable accounting and finance function to support ALUULA’s expansion across global markets and production locations. The position provides leadership to the finance team and works closely with the executive team and Board to ensure the company maintains its credibility with investors, customers, and the public.
The ideal candidate brings several years of progressive finance leadership experience, including serving as a CFO, Head of Finance, or other senior finance executive within a publicly traded company. Demonstrating a strong track record of financial leadership within entrepreneurial or early- / growth-stage environments, the preferred candidate brings proven success scaling rapidly growing companies with global customers. The ability to provide hands-on leadership and advice with capital markets, investor relations, and regulatory filings is key, as is the experience to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

The expected salary range for this role is $190,000 - $240,000 plus short- and long-term incentives.
