Job Description:
The Business Systems Analyst defines system scope and objectives based on user needs and CPQ/ERP best practices. This role bridges business requirements and technology solutions to optimize enterprise workflows.

Analyze business processes and translate them into functional CPQ/ERP requirements

Design and customize CPQ/ERP workflows for seamless integration across client/server applications

Develop functional specifications and test plans; support full development life cycle

Educate stakeholders on CPQ/ERP-enabled processes, reporting, and metrics

Coordinate and implement system changes; ensure clear communication across teams

Manage multiple components of projects, including complex configurations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

8+ years of related experience in CPQ/ERP systems

Knowledge of SAP ERP variant configuration (preferred)

Leverage engineering background to understand complex product structures, BOMs, dependencies, and rules

Collaborate with Engineering teams to model configurable products, options, constraints, and compatibility rules within CPQ systems

Support integration of CPQ with ERP, CRM, PLM, and pricing systems

Validate technical feasibility and ensure alignment between engineering logic and commercial requirements

Experience with Revalize FPX (preferred)

Familiarity with relational databases and client-server concepts

Strong communication skills to interact with both technical teams and end users
