Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related business/technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and technical implementations within a multi-org, global environment supporting 500+ users on Salesforce Enterprise or Unlimited editions.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle CPQ Cloud, including at least two full-cycle successful implementations.
- Strong hands-on development experience in:
- Configuration and Commerce
- Integrations
- Document Designer
- Workflow Approvals
- Email Templates
- Steps
- BML (BigMachines Language)
- Layout design for Configuration and Commerce
- Hands-on experience with CPQ administrative activities including:
- Environment setup
- Data table management
- File Manager
- User and Group management
- Parts creation
- Code migration
- Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver:
- Prototyping
- Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- Technical design for scalable solutions
- Ongoing support for existing and new Oracle CPQ Cloud projects
- Experience integrating CPQ with third-party applications using SOAP and REST APIs.
- End-to-end experience integrating Oracle CPQ with Salesforce.com.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Single Sign-On (SSO) setup for CPQ
- Bill of Materials (BOM) mapping
- Expertise in troubleshooting and debugging issues, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and documenting findings.
- Experience raising Oracle Technical Service Requests (SRs) and driving issues to resolution.
- Strong adherence to development best practices, including code and data source control.
- Ability to coordinate with team members, take ownership of deliverables, and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and alignment with customer requirements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Oracle CPQ Certification (preferred).
- Ability to provide solution design and architecture aligned with business requirements.
