Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Consultant – CPQ with strong expertise in Oracle CPQ and Oracle Fusion Order Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting CPQ solutions integrated with Oracle Fusion applications. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient CPQ and Order Management solutions.
Skill / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of overall experience Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Applications
- Strong functional experience in the following mandatory modules:
- Oracle CPQ
- Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM)
- Experience with OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reporting
- Hands-on experience in Data Load / Data Migration activities
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Security (roles, privileges, data security)
- Experience in Workflow configuration and business process automation
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Integrations (CPQ integrations, REST/SOAP services)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and support implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle CPQ solutions
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Order Management processes, including order capture, fulfillment, and orchestration
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Design and develop CPQ rules, pricing, approvals, and configurations aligned with business needs
- Develop and maintain OTBI reports to support business reporting requirements
- Perform data migration and data load activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Configure and manage security roles, privileges, and access controls in Oracle Fusion
- Design and support workflow approvals and business process flows
- Work on integration activities between CPQ, Order Management, and other Oracle or third-party systems
- Support testing activities (unit testing, UAT), issue resolution, and production support
- Prepare functional documentation and provide end-user training and knowledge transfer
