Role Objective
Own the initial stage of proposal building—from insight to idea to persuasive narrative
Translate business objectives into clear brand positioning, GTM strategies, and pitch stories
Act as a strategic thinking partner to the Founder and leadership team
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Business Strategy
Develop brand solution frameworks aligned with client business goals
Decode markets, competitors, consumer behaviour, and real estate/product ecosystems
Define positioning, value propositions, and differentiation narratives
Pitch & Proposal Excellence
Lead new business pitches—idea structuring, strategic flow, and storyline
Create winning pitch concepts that integrate creative, media, digital, and tech
Own the strategic narrative across decks, proposals, and presentations
Ensure proposals are insight-led, outcome-focused, and persuasion-driven
GTM Strategy & Market Entry
Design Go-To-Market strategies for launches, rebrands, and new products
Define target audiences, messaging hierarchy, channel logic, and rollout phases
Align GTM thinking with sales funnels, lead generation, and brand visibility
Presentation & Storytelling
Build high-impact, leadership-level presentations (client, investor, internal)
Convert complex strategies into simple, compelling stories and visuals
Work closely with creative and design teams to ensure clarity and coherence
Internal Collaboration
Act as the bridge between strategy, creative, digital, and media teams
Brief teams clearly and guide execution without micromanaging delivery
Mentor junior planners, strategists, and pitch teams when required
Client & Leadership Interaction
Participate in strategic client discussions and pitch presentations
Represent the agency as a thought partner, not just a service provider
Support Founder in high-stakes conversations and large account pursuits
Key Skills & Capabilities
Strong command over brand strategy, GTM frameworks, and market analysis
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
Ability to think business-first, creative-second, execution-aligned
Comfortable working with ambiguity and shaping ideas from zero to structure
Experience in real estate, infrastructure, tech, or large-ticket brands preferred
Success Metrics
Pitch win ratio and quality of strategic output
Client feedback on clarity, insight, and strategic depth
Speed and effectiveness of proposal development
Strength of GTM frameworks and brand narratives created
Reporting
Reports directly to the Founder / Leadership Team
