Summary
In this high-impact role you will be responsible for helping the company scale from early traction to repeatable execution. The ideal person will work closely with the founders to turn ambiguity into structure across the business.
Responsibility
- Acts as a force multiplier for the founding team
- Identifies gaps in process, data, and execution and helps close them
- Moves fluidly across functions including GTM, finance, product, and people
- Owns projects that don’t yet have a natural home but are critical to growth
- Build and maintain operating metrics, dashboards, and reporting
- Support GTM operations (pricing, pipeline analysis, tooling, forecasting)
- Partner with finance on budgeting, burn, and runway planning
- Drive cross-functional initiatives from idea → execution
- Improve internal processes as the company scales from “scrappy” to “repeatable”
- Support strategic decisions with analysis, research, and modeling
