We are seeking an NA Alliances Business Operations Manager to drive operational excellence, data accuracy, and strategic insights across partner-funded programs in North America. This role blends Business Operations, Sales Enablement, Analytics, and Program Governance to support informed decision-making and ensure smooth execution of funded activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable coordinating across multiple teams to maintain consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Business Operations Governance
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment, process consistency, and accurate execution of funded activities.
- Maintain governance for funded programs, including standardized KPIs, reporting processes, documentation requirements, and compliance guidelines.
- Identify operational risks, documentation gaps, and budget issues early, escalating appropriately to support leadership decisions.
Analytics, Insights Reporting
- Develop dashboards, tools, and reporting frameworks that provide clear insights into funding utilization, activity performance, and operational health.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages that include performance summaries, financial actuals, compliance status, and segment-level insights.
- Support forecasting accuracy and funding predictability by analyzing historical data, activity trends, and partner program performance.
Compliance Program Execution
- Lead the end-to-end compliance workflow, including activity classification, documentation review, and timely Proof of Execution submissions.
- Ensure all activities meet internal and partner requirements, maintaining high standards for data integrity and documentation quality.
- Guide teams through operational processes, documentation expectations, and compliance best practices.
Sales Enablement Operational Support
- Provide operational support to alliance leads and sales teams, ensuring they have accurate data and tools to plan quarterly activities.
- Support decision-making by translating complex datasets into clear recommendations and actionable insights.
- Train and mentor internal teams on partner program processes, compliance standards, reporting tools, and operational workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of industry experience with a Bachelor’s degree. MBA a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong hands-on, results-driven mentality combined with ability to think strategically tactically
- Experience in Business Operations, Sales Enablement, Program Management, Partnerships, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Experience with data analysis insights and reporting tools.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
- Proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on governance, accuracy, and process improvement.
- Extensive knowledge of Lenovo and/or partner company products and services
