Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud Engineer / Solution Architect to support CRM engineering initiatives. This role will focus on discovery, solution design, and leading end-to-end implementation and optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, including CPQ, RLM, Billing, and enterprise integrations.

This is a high-visibility role supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives and driving improvements in revenue operations and sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.
Provide technical and design guidance across CRM and product engineering teams.
Act as a subject matter expert for technical and coding-related challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and finalize business and technical requirements.
Design and manage complex data models and integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues and defects.
Mentor and guide development teams on best practices and optimization strategies.
Support CI/CD and DevOps implementation for Salesforce deployments.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of Salesforce experience with strong expertise in:
Salesforce CPQ
Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM)
Salesforce Billing
Strong hands-on experience with:
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura
Salesforce declarative tools and configuration
Proven experience designing Quote-to-Revenue and Order-to-Cash solutions.
Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado, Jenkins, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
Strong experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, billing, and fulfillment systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
Deep understanding of data modeling, data management, and storage systems.
Strong knowledge of test-driven development and best coding practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
