They are growing and are looking for a Business Operations & Office Manager to help lead that growth.
Job Purpose
To lead operations at this clinic, delivering consistent performance and building the systems required for long-term growth and expansion.
Ongoing Success Metrics
- Profit
- Revenue
- New patient growth
- Patient satisfaction and reviews

- Treatment acceptance rate
- Daily production vs. goals
- Short-notice cancellations and no-show rate
Short-Term Success Metrics (First 3 Months)
- Create and implement clear SOPs for all operational areas
- Ensure all team employment contracts are up to date
Long-Term Success Measures
- Spearhead the purchasing and opening of an additional practice location
Roles and Responsibilities
- Hiring, onboarding, and training team members
- Running weekly team meetings
- Running quarterly planning and review meetings
- Overseeing P&L performance
- Managing overhead and operating expenses
- Overseeing HR functions
- Creating and implementing clear SOPs across all operations
- Managing the marketing strategy, including social media
- Ensuring consistent and sustainable practice growth

Compensation will consist of a base salary between $85-100k with a bonus tied to profitability, health/wellness benefits and 3 weeks vacation.
