About the Role:
We are looking for a GTM Manager who executes, not just strategises. You will own outbound, own the pipeline, run demos, and close. You will also build the playbooks so this scales. You'll work directly with the founders and have full visibility into the business.
Responsibilities:
- Design and run end-to-end outbound campaigns (ICP definition, list building, sequencing, follow-ups, and booked calls).
- Own the Full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
- Build repeatable playbooks for outbound, demos, and objection handling that the team can eventually scale.
- Identify new channels and growth levers (LinkedIn, cold email, community, partnerships) and run experiments to find what converts.
- Partner with founders on positioning, messaging, and pricing as we evolve the product and ICP.
Who you are:
- 2-5 years in B2B SaaS GTM, ideally at an early-stage startup where you built things from scratch
- Run full outbound campaigns yourself and have numbers to prove it
- Been part of demos and closings
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-starter and comfortable with fast pivots and ambiguity
