Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hosur for a Head of Business Operations. The role involves overseeing daily business operations, managing teams, and ensuring effective execution of business strategies. Responsibilities include implementing operational processes, driving efficiency, developing business plans, analyzing key performance metrics, and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives. Additionally, the role may include budgeting, financial forecasting, and optimizing resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Operations and Operations Management to drive organizational efficiency.
- Proficient in Analytical Skills and Business Planning for data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
- Sound understanding and experience in Finance, including budgeting and financial forecasting, to ensure financial health of operations.
- Leadership and team management skills to effectively oversee and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a senior leadership role with a proven track record of success in operations and business strategy.
