About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized Business Operations & Artist Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing luxury bridal makeup-artist brand based in Bangalore.
This role is designed for someone who can manage the business end-to-end while the artist focuses on the creative side. You will be responsible for coordinating bookings, managing client communication, organizing shoots, supporting content creation, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the business.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced environment and can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Booking Management
• Handle incoming client inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and social media
• Follow up with leads and assist in converting inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Maintain booking calendars, schedules, and client records
Shoot & Bridal Coordination
• Accompany the artist during bridal bookings, shoots, and work travel when required
• Coordinate schedules, logistics, and timelines for shoots and events
• Manage communication with vendors and collaborators
Content & Social Media Support
• Capture photos and videos during shoots and bridal assignments
• Assist with content creation for Instagram and social media platforms
Vendor & Inventory Management
• Coordinate with photographers, designers, stylists, and other vendors
• Manage makeup kit inventory and ensure all essentials are stocked
Administrative & Financial Coordination
• Maintain booking records, invoices, and payment tracking
• Monitor expenses and assist with financial organization
Ideal Candidate
• Highly organized with strong multitasking ability
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable handling clients, vendors, and logistics
• Basic photography or content creation skills are a plus
• Interest in beauty, fashion, or the wedding industry preferred
• Comfortable with travel when required
Compensation
Up to ₹30,000 per month, based on experience + performance incentive.

This role is based in Bangalore, and candidates should be located in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
