Chief Financial Officer – Paris-based
JSS has partnered with a prominent European private equity investor. We are exclusively running the search for a Chief Financial Officer for one of its high-growth SaaS portfolio companies.
The business is a profitable, fast-scaling European leader in SaaS solutions for financial and regulatory reporting. Headquartered near Paris, it is entering its next acceleration phase with strong backing to expand across Europe, including through targeted M&A and buy-and-build strategies.
Reporting: Directly to the CEO
Key requirements:
- Prior CFO (or senior finance) experience in a SaaS / software scale-up
- Hands-on experience implementing and using NetSuite as the core ERP/finance system
- Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to drive growth; ideal background in M&A through buy-and-build strategies
- Deep command of SaaS metrics, financial modelling, fundraising / investor relations, and international scaling
- Fluency in French and English
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) the Paris region
This is a high-impact executive role with significant equity upside in a PE backed portfolio company.
