What the role will own:
- End-to-end data management & consolidation
- Designing and owning trackers (sales, supply, ops, finance)
- Performance reporting: weekly & monthly dashboards, OKR/MIS decks
- Creating structured review presentations
- Driving action items, alignment and closure across teams
- Supporting key business operations & execution rhythms
Key skills & requirements:
- Advanced Excel: pivot tables, complex formulas, dashboards
- Strong data presentation: PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Comfort working with large datasets and deriving insights
- Excellent organizational, ownership mindset
- Good written and verbal communication
- 1–3 years in Business Operations, Program/Project Management, Analytics or Consulting
- Prior experience in start-ups is preferred
