Manager – Business Operations

1. Job Overview
The Manager – Business Operations will provide comprehensive administrative, analytical, and coordination support to the President, ensuring the efficient functioning of the Sales vertical.
The role requires strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration, excellent presentation skills
2. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support strategies related to organizational capability, pricing, product placement, and brand promotion within the alcobev sector.
- Manage and analyze large data sets to derive actionable business insights
- Prepare impactful presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct business and competitive analytics to support strategic decisions.
- Track key performance parameters and ensure timely follow-ups on deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the State Heads, departments such as Finance, HR, SCM, Marketing, and Production.
- Drive follow-ups on action items, business plans, and operational initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication with key external stakeholders, including distributors and channel partners
- Develop, analyze, and interpret business data to support informed decision-making.
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Business Review presentations (MBR/QBR/ABR).
- Track KPIs, payments,aging, and distributor performance metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy and dashboard management.

5. Qualification & Experience
- MBA from (Tier I/II/III)
- 2–3 years of experience
- Prior experience in the FMCG or alcobev sector will be an added advantage
